China, Russia and Germany Condemn the Coalition of Performing Attack to Libya
Attacks against Libya began criticized major powers. China is a permanent Security Council members (DK) first UN against attack. Previously, Russia and some EU countries including Germany as a UNSC non-permanent members are also opposed.
